    Absolutely. From BMS firmware and communication protocols to enclosure dimensions, terminal types, and white‑label branding — we custom‑design LiFePO₄ batteries for any specialized equipment. Please submit your requirements via the OEM/ODM page.
  • Q: What certifications do your application batteries hold?
    A: 
    CE, RoHS, UN38.3, and ISO9001 are standard for all our batteries. UL and IEC62133 are available for specific projects or upon request. Certification requirements vary by target market — contact us to confirm compliance for your region.
  • Q: How long does it take to get samples for testing?
    A: 
    Standard sample lead time is 4‑6 weeks. Mass production lead time is 30‑45 days for typical orders. Expedited projects can be discussed on a case‑by‑case basis.
  • Q: Can I use my existing lead-acid converter/charger with a LiFePO₄ battery?
    A: 
    Most modern converters have a lithium mode (14.2–14.6V). Older units with a fixed 13.8V output will not fully charge LiFePO₄. We recommend either upgrading to a lithium-specific charger or checking if your converter has a selectable lithium profile. For fleet retrofits, we offer compatible charging kits.
  • Q: How many amp hours do I need for off-grid boondocking?
    A: 
    Typical daily consumption (excluding AC) is 60–120Ah. For two days of autonomy, we recommend at least 200Ah. If you run a rooftop AC or large inverter, calculate 150–200Ah per night. Need a custom calculation? Contact our team with your appliance list.
  • Q: Can I mount the battery on its side?
    A: 
    Yes. LiFePO₄ has no orientation restrictions – you can mount it on its side, end, or even upside down. However, we recommend keeping terminals upward for better heat dissipation and easier cable access. Always secure the battery to prevent movement.
  • Q: Is Bluetooth monitoring available for parallel batteries?
    A: 
    Yes. The iPolinovel app can monitor each battery individually in a parallel bank – you’ll see voltage, SOC, and temperature for every unit. This is especially useful for large RV builds with 200Ah+ banks.
  • Q: What information should I know when upgrade lead acid battery to lithium?
    A: 
    As to get right battery for replacement, you need to know your voltage, capacity, power and size requirements. Please contact Polinovel technical support if you need assistance and we will be happy to make sure you choose the right battery.
  • Q: Does cold weather affect the battery?
    A: 
    Standard version discharges down to -20°C, but charging requires temperatures above 0°C. Optional self-heating version: when a charger is connected below 0°C, the battery automatically warms itself to a safe charging temperature – allowing reliable charging down to -30°C. We strongly recommend the battery with heating function for RVs used in winter or cold climates.
  • Q: Can I mount the battery in horizontal or other position?
    A: 
    Yes, you can mount your lifepo4 battery in any position, because there is no acid inside the lifepo4 battery, and the small amount of liquid electrolyte is contained and sealed within cell. This gives you more flexibility to install the battery in the place that is best suited for your application.
